       I would like to take this opportunity to express my views on the animal husbandry sector of Punjab and its future prospects. As we all know, Punjab is one of the leading states in India when it comes to agriculture, and animal husbandry is an integral part of it. Over the years, the livestock population in Punjab has increased significantly, and the state has become self-sufficient in milk production. However, there is still a lot of scope for growth in this sector. The government has taken several initiatives to promote animal husbandry, such as providing subsidies for setting up dairy farms, improving breed quality, and enhancing veterinary services.
